These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Numinexus cloud cost intelligence service ("Service") operated by Numinexus Private Limited (CIN: U62091HR2023PTC112147) ("Numinexus", "we", "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
Numinexus provides AI-powered analysis of cloud infrastructure costs. We access your AWS account data through read-only IAM roles to generate cost optimisation recommendations. Our recommendations are advisory — implementation decisions and actions are your responsibility.
You are responsible for: creating and managing the IAM role that grants us access, ensuring you have authority to grant access to the AWS account, evaluating and deciding whether to act on any recommendations, and maintaining the security of your own AWS account.
You grant us read-only access to your AWS cost and utilisation data through a cross-account IAM role. You may revoke this access at any time by deleting the IAM role. We will only access data within the scope of the permissions you grant.
Our recommendations are generated by AI analysis and are provided as suggestions, not guarantees. Estimated savings are approximations based on available data. We do not guarantee specific cost reductions. You should verify recommendations against your own operational requirements before implementing any changes.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store AWS credentials and we do not share your cost data with third parties for their own purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numinexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service or any actions taken based on our recommendations.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
