Numinexus Private Limited (CIN: U62091HR2023PTC112147), a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office in Haryana ("Numinexus", "we", "us", "our") operates the website numinexus.com and the Numinexus cloud cost intelligence service.
Account information: When you contact us or request access, we collect your name, email address, company name, and approximate cloud spend.
AWS cost and usage data: When you connect your AWS account, we access Cost Explorer, CloudWatch, and AWS Config data through a read-only cross-account IAM role that you create and control. This data is used solely to generate cost recommendations.
Usage data: We collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, browser type, and IP address.
We never collect, store, or have access to your AWS access keys, secret keys, or any other credentials. Access is granted via temporary STS session tokens that expire automatically.
We use your information to: provide and improve our service, generate cost analysis recommendations, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Anthropic (for AI analysis processing, subject to their data processing terms) and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service. Your AWS cost data is never shared with third parties for their own purposes.
AWS cost data is retained only for the duration needed to generate your analysis. Account information is retained for the duration of your relationship with us. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, read-only AWS access, and zero credential storage architecture.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may revoke AWS access by deleting the IAM role in your account. Contact us at vaibhav@numinexus.com for any data requests.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our service.
